Hello

Welcome! I am passionate about working with people and strive to make a difference in my client's lives.

My Story

I have always been drawn to understanding people. From a young age I found myself curious about why we think the way we think, why we show up the way we do in relationships, and what it actually takes to feel fulfilled. That curiosity never went away. It led me to study Psychology and Communications at UC Santa Barbara, and eventually into a career built entirely around helping people understand themselves more deeply.

After graduation and a few formative years in New York, I came back to California and earned my Master's in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. My trainings provided a diverse work experience to broaden my clinical skills. From an inpatient psychiatric unit and a residential treatment facility for substance use to multiple group practices across West LA and the South Bay. Each experience taught me that healing is rarely linear and that people are more resilient than they know. They also taught me that sometimes the most powerful thing a therapist can do is simply stay present and hold space without judgement.

Private practice is where I found my home. There is something I deeply value about working with someone over time, building real trust, and getting to witness the slow, steady transformation that only happens when someone finally feels safe enough to be honest with themselves. That is the work I am here for.
