EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a structured, research-backed therapy that helps you process and heal from past experiences that are still affecting your present. Rather than just talking about what happened, EMDR helps your brain reprocess it so it no longer holds the same weight.

So much of how we show up in relationships was shaped long before we had any say in it. Whether it shows up as anxious attachment, a pattern of choosing unavailable partners, difficulty trusting, or losing yourself in relationships, we work together to understand where those patterns came from and build new ones that actually serve you.

Addiction

Substances and compulsive behaviors are almost always serving a purpose, numbing pain, creating distance, or filling a void. We explore what is underneath, build healthier coping strategies, and move toward change at a pace that feels sustainable and supportive rather than shameful.

Self-Worth & Identity

If you have spent most of your life shrinking yourself, seeking validation, or never quite feeling like enough, this is some of the most important work we can do together. We look at where those beliefs were formed and build a more honest, compassionate relationship with who you actually are.

Life Transitions

Breakups, career shifts, moving, loss, becoming someone new. Transitions can surface grief, confusion, and fear even when they are ones you chose. Therapy gives you space to process the change, find clarity, and move forward with intention.
